Take jaggery and coconut milk in a bowl
beat to mix well
whisk together soya and wheat flour with baking soda and baking powder
add flour to wet mixture in 2 portions
whisk gently in one direction for smooth batter
do not overmix batter
add chopped nuts and choco chips
grease and line a loaf tin, I used my 11×4 inch tin for this cake
pour the batter and garnish with choco chips and slivered almonds and nuts. bake in preheated oven @160 degree C for 45 minutes.
toothpick inserted in the centre must come out clean. once done, cool over wire rack.
slice and serve to your guest for Easter or any occasion
